What is the cost of shipping?
Award Art uses FedEx to ship your products. Shipping cost is a flat rate of $24.99 to US 48 States. If your order only has Name Badges, then flat rate shipping cost is $10 to US 48 States. Please click on $24.99 (for most orders) to pay when you check out online. If you did not select the correct shipping cost, there may be delay in processing your order. In these cases, we will email you a shipping payment invoice before fulfilling the order.
Is my order eligible for $99 Free Shipping?
For some products such as wood plaques marked with $99 FREESHIP icon, we provide free ground shipping to US 48 states (Restrictions Apply). See 99FREESHIP for more details.
What does WFG Bay Area Free Delivery mean?
We provide a special delivery service to some World Financial Group offices in San Francisco Bay Area for frequent orders. The free delivery service is provided once a week to meet with the WFG presentations. Check with Connie or Larry (awardartinc@gmail.com) if your WFG office need weekly delivery service.
Do you have Free Delivery service in SF Bay Area?
Yes! For most orders over $300 including marble base trophies, we will deliver for free to addresses within San Francisco - Bay Area. The cost of delivering orders under $300 is $25-$75 per trip. Please call 510-683-0909 for more information.
How can I check the shipping status of my order?
We provide your email address to FedEx. They will follow up by sending tracking email to you once your order is shipped.
How long does the process take?
"Normal" production time is 5-7 business days, larger quantities may require 7-10 days (this does not include shipping time! Shipping will varies depending on your shipping option and your shipping address. Please email us if you have any questions). Please be sure to inform us of your event date. We try our best to meet your needs. Please also plan ahead when ordering and account for additional days in shipping. We are in the West Coast. On average, shipping will take up to 9 business days to reach the East Coast.
Do you engrave items that are not sold by Award Art?
Sorry we only engrave items that are sold by Award Art. Exception will be large volume of name plates (with double sided tapes). Please contact us 510-683-0909 to discuss this on a case-by-case basis.
How much does engraving on your products cost?
It is free. We don’t have limit on wordings on engraving. However, too much content jam in the engraving area will affect the appearance of the engraving result.
Do you have setup charge?
We do not charge on basic setup of Awards and most Trophies production. To some custom or complicated designs, or awards with more than 2 logos, setup charge may apply as case-by-case basis.
Do you accept rush orders? What is the cost?
Yes we accept rush orders where production time is less than 4 days. . The cost will depend on how soon you need the order, quantity, and complexity of your order. The minimum cost for RUSH ORDER is $30. If you are from states other than CA, express shipping such as next day, 2 days, or 3 days shipping cost will be charged in addition with your consent.
Do you send a proof of the layout that need to engrave?
Absolutely!!! Don't worry, we will send you an email proof of the layout before we personalize your awards. We won't make them until you are satisfied with the layout and have a chance to proof read your order for spelling. If you have questions, don't hesitate to call Connie Chung at 510-683-0909. What if the engraving is spelled wrong on my order?
We only engrave exactly what you put in the order. Therefore it is important that you double-check the spelling and grammar of the text in your order. If you find an error after your order is placed, call us immediately 510-683-0909 and we will work with you to correct the problem. However, you need to re-order if the engraving process has already started.
How much engraving can I put on my award?
Each item has a maximum number of lines available for engraving. We usually suggest between twenty and twenty-five letters per line. Sometimes artwork or a logo replaces available lines of engraving. However, you may engrave whatever fits on a line. The order is completely driven by what you like or need. We will make recommendations as to what we think works best for each recognition item. Remember, you can always request a proof of the layout before we begin any engraving.
When I submit my long name list for trophies, are there any special guidelines that I should follow?

Can I return any items for a refund?
No product may be returned without the prior approval from our customer service department. Because of the highly personalized nature of the awards products, only items received incorrect are eligible for refund consideration. Most of our products are not reusable after they have been engraved or imprinted, though in some cases, an engraving plate can be replaced in order to utilize the award for a different occasion or recipient. Please contact us 510-683-0909 to discuss this on a case-by-case basis.
Can I place orders over the phone or by email?
An order requires a lot of accurate written details, please order by email or online.
Can you help to design the award setup if I provide all the information and artwork?
Absolutely!!! This is our job! We have experienced and talented people to help you through the design of your awards.
I have a recognition event coming, will you help me to plan for the award presentation?
Absolutely!!! This is our pride! We are happy to be your Award Design Project partner. Please plan ahead so that both of us have enough time to proceed. Please give us the idea of your budget, the theme of the awards and the award type category (such as crystal, plaques, acrylics, or cups…) Award Art will provide a proposal and quotation to you. Winners name list, logos, wordings can be sent later.
