Trophy Name List Guidelines

Please double check the spelling before you send to awardartinc@gmail.com.

We will consider that list as final list. If there are changes, it's the customer's duty to verify and confirm with the updated final name list or personalize text. If the award is already been processed, any changes on the text will have additional charge or full charge on that specific item.

Short list of names

Please directly type in the names when you check out with one name on one line (push ENTER after each name). Please don’t put any numbers before and comma after each name. We will count the quantity of names for you.

Long list of names

Please send name list by WORD with one name on one line (push ENTER after each name). Please don’t put any numbers before and comma after each name. We will count the quantity of names for you.

It is recommended to send by EXCEL with one name in one column. For complicated order please send with file that has different worksheets.

Maximum lines on trophy plates

The maximum lines of wordings really depends on the size of the trophy base. We usually indicate number of lines allowed on the product page.

Personalization is free. However, we don’t recommend long lines which led to fonts size reduced. Too small letters (below size 8) cannot be readable. We also break in long lines for you in reasonable cases. For best result we will also center all the names and wordings.

Sorry we won’t supply proofs for trophy plates since the name and wordings will follow exactly with your information.
